FUN AND RELAXATION - The perfect description of our 'Luxury Movie Themed Vacation Home' - We have 7 bedrooms that can sleep 2 - 14 people comfortably. It has all the amenities you will need for your fun and relaxation including a Theatre Room. You will be able to relax and have fun knowing 'YOUR' vacation home is impeccably maintained, cleanliness is our FIRST PRIORITY! We use one of the most respected property management companies in Central Florida, who will be available to you 24/7 during your stay.
PARKING - 2 cars are able to park in front of the home, parking is also permitted on the road in Emerald Island Resort if you have additional cars.
LOCATION - Our home is a luxury villa located in the Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. We are only a 10 Minute drive from Disney's Animal Kingdom, with all of the other Disney Parks no further than a 15 minute drive away. Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and Seaworld are all only a 20-25 minute drive away.
EMERALD ISLAND RESORT - You have full use, during your stay, of Emerald Island Resort's Club House where you will find a large pool with Tikki Bar which serves food and drinks. There is an Exercise Room and Sauna. Within Emerald Island Resort you are able to make full use of the Tennis Courts, Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, Childrens Playgrounds, Picnic Areas and Nature Walk.
SECURITY - Our beautiful home is located within the gated community of Emerald Island Resort where security is utmost, there is also 24/7 security on the gates as you enter.
VILLA - There is FREE WIFI throughout the home, there is a safe, alarm system, there are tv's in 6 of the bedrooms. We have a theatre room with over 300 DVD's to choose from to watch on the big screen. Our kitchen is fully equipped, there are bathroom towels for all guests and a hairdryer in each of the bathrooms. Pool towels are also available for use. There is a washing machine and dryer in the Utility room, and for your convenience we have an iron and ironing board.
VILLA BEDROOMS - You will be staying in a two storey home with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We have two Master bedrooms, both have King beds with ensuite, the other bedrooms consist of 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, a twin room (two single beds) and a room that has two bunk beds, all the beds have pillow topped mattresses for your total comfort. All the rooms are movie themed.
FUN - THEATRE ROOM, SWIMMING POOL, SPA, PLAYSTATION 3. Movies are played in the Theatre room on the extra large screen where you have over 300 movies to choose from. You can also play on the Playstation 3 on the same screen. You have a swimming pool and spa to be enjoyed if you have a day off from the parks or at the end of a very busy day.
RELAXATION - Once you have settled in you can relax and enjoy the large pool and spa which can be heated if required. Enjoy meals outside under the cover of the extra large lanai.
BABY - 'YOUR' vacation home comes equipped with a full set of baby gear - Pack 'n' Play, Full Crib, Bed Bumper, Baby Monitor, 2 High Chairs and 2 Stair Gates and 3 strollers.
RESTAURANTS - We are located just off of the 192 where you will find many amazing restaurants. To name a few: Millers Ale House, Fords Garage, Manny's Chop House, Texas Road House, Giordanos, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, Red Lobster and many many more!
SUPERMARKETS - You have many to choose from that are close by such as: Target, Walmart, Publix.
