Property was Excellent
The property was excellent and clean and looked just like the pictures. Julie was also very accommodating with information and everything flowed smoothly. I would definitely rent from her again.

Very nice home.
The resort itself is a large collection of homes. Security is tight, so you need not worry about stragglers coming into the area. It is very quiet even though homes are very close to each other. The only time we noticed others was when two groups were in their pools at the same time. House has a nice Hollywood/Disney theme, beds are comfortable, house is clean, tons of movies to pick from. Very comfortable a/c throughout the home.

Wonderful experience
We had an amazing time on our vacation. The house is very close to all of the Disney theme parks. The owner was very efficient and professional while still being welcoming and kind. There are so many attractions in the area but all we had time for were the Disney theme parks. We would love to go back and experience other attractions. I highly recommend this house. The house was great, the owner and property manager were both wonderful, and the location is awesome!

Lido Key Dr House
I got this house for Christmas and to celebrate my 25th anniversary with my children and my grandchildren. The house was amazing. It was the perfect size for all of us. My children loved it. The boys did not want to go home. I would recommend and rent this house again with out hesitation. It is close to everything. Sincerely. Nydia Baez

Perfect home for family vacation
My husband and myself, our two daughters and their husbands, and our six grandchildren stayed at this lovely home for ten days and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The home is exactly as the pictures indicate; beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with more than enough room for all of us to enjoy our own personal space yet have plenty of opportunity to spend time together. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. When we weren't enjoying the Disney Theme parks (only 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic), we spent most of our time outside on the deck and in the pool or hot tub. Julie was wonderful to deal with, responding quickly to any questions we had prior to our arrival. The management company she employs was equally responsive. Our deposit was returned to us extremely quickly once we arrived back in Canada. Emerald Park is quiet, beautifully landscaped and maintained, and close to many shops and restaurants (although after a long day of enjoying Disney, we preferred to stay close to home in the evenings to enjoy the pool and movie theatre and recuperate for the next day!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting to experience Disney World and surrounding area. After we returned home, our family had a hard time deciding which part of our vacation we enjoyed more, Walt Disney World or Julie's home on Lido Key Drive!!

Beautiful home!
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and kept very clean! We would definitely recommend this home for future vacations and can't wait to stay again!

Take me back now please........
I'm sitting here at my desk in my office on a dreary Friday morning and I would give anything to be back at our Emerald Island haven. I've stayed in Emerald Island many times before but Julie's villa is without doubt the nicest, most comfortable and luxurious villa we've ever lived in, we felt like lotto winners living in such an amazing place. :-) From the very first time I contacted Julie, she was so kind and helpful (we'd been badly let down by another villa owner and Julie restored our faith in humanity again) I was so glad our paths crossed and we found her villa, as it truly is absolutely stunning. We wanted for nothing in the 2 weeks that we were there, the house is so well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed, the movie theatre is AMAZING and was a brilliant way for the whole family to chill out together and watch a film after a tiring day at the parks. A big bowl of popcorn whilst watching a movie was the perfect end to a perfect day in Florida. The pool was by far our favourite part of the villa, we spent a lot of time there. A cold beer or frozen cocktail whilst sitting in the spa was sheer bliss!!! Our 20 month old son just loved the pool, he had the time of his life, the added security of the pool fence just helps put your mind at rest too. The lanai is huge, family bbq's and spending time there together is something we will never forget. Julie has thought of everything, toys and books for the kids, fully equipped kitchen, takeaway menus, local restaurants and guide books - we can't thank you enough Julie for everything, We will definitely be back. xxx

The house was great ,it had everything you needed to enjoy your stay, very good location.
I never take time to write reviews but I had such a great experience I felt I had to.The house was great, everything you needed and more,the pool and spa was wonderful. Great location within a reasonable driving distance to the parks and shopping area. I try to think of at last one negative part of my experience but i can't. The best part of all is the way they do business,no problem at all.I was not only happy but really shock how everything went so well.Ok I finally remember one negative point otherwise you may not believe the review.They was renovating the basketball court during my stay and thinking about it that probably was a good thing,save me from heat stroke,lol.I would give them 5 stars and want to say Thanks again.

Great Vacation Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this spacious, clean and well decorated home in Emerald Island. It was ideal for us as it was very close to numerous restaurants, ESPN WWOS and the Disney Parks. The kids especially loved the pool and theatre room!! Communication with the owners was great from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this rental!

Awsome house and everything as described
From the first step into the house to the last lock of the door on depaturing day, we totaly loved this house. There is not a single thing we can complain about. The internet was down when we arrrived (not the owners fault, but the internet provider) and we sent a message and it was fixed ASAP (even if it was Sunday). Will deffinetly concider this house in the top of all the houses I have rented for the last 10 times. Wil come again. Best regards from Iceland

Impressive!
We have a large family and this house was very accommodating. There was plenty of space for everyone along with a variety of entertainment including the pool, hot tub, and the theater room. The house was extremely clean and we felt right at home. We have been renting in this area for the last 8 years and this was by far the best location we have experienced. The owner is obviously aiming to please and she has exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend you give this place a try. We will most definitely be returning.

Couldn’t Be Happier!
This property was great! It was clean, & spacious, cozy, & inviting! There were 13 of us staying here, & we had plenty of room. Having a “home” away from home for our once in a life time vacation was perfect! The homeowner was also incredibly helpful, quickly responded to emails, & was keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had two issues that required assistance from the property management company, & their response was incredible. We had repair people out the same day!
