YOUR QUOTE

Florida Tax is included in your quote.

Additional cost for less than a 7 day stay is £165 for cleaning.  For stays of 7 - 14 days, or more, no charge for cleaning unless you require an additional clean mid-stay £165.

Refundable damage deposit £400 for 1-2 weeks, £450 for 3 weeks.  This is returned once our home has been checked and if all is found to be good order.

Pool/Spa heating  £150 a week.  Spa heating only £75 a week.

PAYMENT

Deposit to be paid to secure your dates

Payment is taken by Bank Transfer.

Deposit for 1-2 weeks £500 non refundable.

Deposit for 3 weeks £500 non refundable.

Final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival, your refundable damage deposit is due at the same time.
